Our seasonal subscription is our pay-as-you-go plan.

Once you sign up, you will be billed immediately for $99.95 +tax (as a non-refundable minimum purchase). Unless you notify us before, your subscription will automatically renew and your credit card will be charged for $99.95+tax, until cancellation, on:

March 20th (for the Summer Box)

June 20th (for the Fall Box)

September 20th (for the Winter Box)

December 20th (for the Spring Box)

You can cancel anytime after you receive your first box by logging in to your Acre75 Portal and clicking "Manage Subscription" above your address. You can also email info@acre75.ca to cancel your subscription.

With our Recurring Pre-Paid Annual Subscription, you pay for four boxes up front. The cost of our annual subscription is $390 +tax. After the fourth box ships, your subscription will automatically renew, unless you choose to cancel.

You can cancel after you've recieved your fourth box by logging in to your Acre75 Portal and clicking "Manage Subscription" above your address. You can also email info@acre75.ca to cancel your subscription.

Each season, you will receive a $0 order confirmation. This is simply to reserve your box and recieve your tracking code.

Each season, you will unbox an assortment of home goods, self-care products, and tasty treats to explore and indulge in, all made or designed in small Canadian towns with around or fewer than 30,000 residents! We typically include between 6-8 full sized products in each box.

Acre75 Gathered ships four magical times a year. Curated to honour the changing season, we ship our boxes in early March (Spring Box), June (Summer Box), September (Fall Box) and December (Winter Box).

Gift cards can be used toward a variety of purchases, including:

- The first box of an Acre75 Gathered Pay-As-You-Go subscription
- Pre-Paid Annual Subscription
- One-Time Boxes
- Mystery Boxes
- Founder's Boxes
- Mini Boxes

A few important things to know:

- If you use your gift card toward an Acre75 Gathered Pay-As-You-Go subscription, it can be applied at checkout for your first box only.
-You’ll be asked to add a valid payment method when subscribing. This card will be used for future renewal payments.
- At this time, gift cards can’t be applied to recurring subscription renewals due to Shopify limitations.

If you have a remaining balance after your first subscription box, a One-Time Box is a great way to use it up. We also offer Mystery Boxes, Founder's Boxes and Mini Boxes throughout the year.

To use your gift card:

1. Copy the gift card code from the email you received.
2. At checkout, enter your gift card code in the “Discount Code or Gift Card” field on the right-hand side.
3. Your gift card will then be applied to your order.

Please note:
If your subscription has renewed and you planned to cancel, simply send us an email at info@acre75.ca and we will reverse the charge. We're a small team and we understand how quickly life and finances can change!

Once shipping labels have been purchased each season, we are unable to issue refunds.

We bill approximately 2-2.5 months prior to the next box shipment. This early billing ensures healthy cash flow as we prioritize paying our makers in advance, distinguishing us from other subscription boxes who often delay payment.

As a seasonal subscriber, you can cancel anytime after you receive your first box.

As an annual subscriber, you can cancel after your fourth box ships.

To cancel, simply log in to your Acre75 Portal. You can also email info@acre75.ca to cancel your subscription. :)

Your points can be redeemed on both seasonal subscription boxes and one-time purchases. Here’s how the points system works:

1,000 points = $5 off
2,000 points = $10 off
3,000 points = $15 off

How to apply your points:

1. Visit www.acre75.ca and click the “Rewards” button in the bottom right corner.
2. Sign in to your account, then click “Rewards” again to open your Points Portal and view your balance and available rewards.
3. Click “Ways to Redeem” and choose the reward you’d like to use. Please note: Subscription Box rewards can only be applied to an Acre75 Gathered subscription box. One-Time or Mystery Box rewards can only be used toward One-Time or Mystery Boxes.
4. Copy the unique discount code provided. You’ll also receive the code by email if you’d prefer to use it later.
   

For one-time purchases:

1. Enter your discount code directly at checkout in the "Discount Code or Gift Card" field on the right-hand side.
   

For seasonal subscriptions:

1. Log in to your Acre75 Gathered Subscription Portal:https://acre75.ca/tools/recurring/get-subscription-access
2. On the left-hand side of the portal, under your address and subscription details, click “Add discount”
3. Copy and paste your discount code into the “Apply a discount code” pop-up
4. Your reward will be automatically applied to your next renewal.

Absolutely! Our Canadian subscription boxes ship to the USA! Whether you're a Canadian residing in the United States, have loved ones there, or simply adore Canadian goods, our Acre75 Gathered box is perfect for you!

For USA subscribers, there's a flat-rate shipping fee of $30 CAD/box, automatically applied at checkout.

Any customs or tariff charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

For Canadian subscribers, a $15 flat-rate shipping and handling fee is included in the box price each season.
