What’s included when we place our order?

We curate, source, pack, and ship your order for you, so you don’t have to worry about the details! All we need from you are the mailing addresses.

How early do we need to place our order?

Our makers proudly make their products in small batches and many are made to order. With this in mind, corporate gift box orders will usually need a three to four-week lead time from ordering to shipping. However, we have been known to turn around an order of 250 boxes in two weeks!

Is there an order minimum?

Our order minimum for corporate gifting is typically 10-12 boxes. If you would like to order less, please reach out and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Do you only offer custom curated boxes?

Yes! Our boxes are fully customized to reflect the uniqueness or your employees and clients. We don't offer a pre-curated selection of boxes.

Can we add our own branding to the box?

You sure can! Depending on your budget, we can create a co-branded or fully-branded gifting experience, including custom-printed tape, boxes, and collateral.

What about themed boxes?

We can do that! We collaborate with close to 100 small-town Canadian businesses and can create boxes of any theme. So far, our favourite themes have been ‘The Great Outdoors’ and ‘Movie Night’.

How does billing work?

Upon selecting the items for the box, you must pay in full before we are able to order the products. We accept payment via EMT or credit card (please check your credit card's daily limit!)

Do you ship to the USA? What is the cost of shipping?

Yes, we currently ship within Canada and the USA.

Our standard Canadian shipping rates are:

Ontario & Quebec: $15/box
All other provinces: $20/box

Our standard USA shipping rate is: $25/box

Shipping costs may increase depending on the size and weight of the gift box.

Is your packaging eco-friendly?

Yes! Our kraft packing tape is biodegradable and our tissue paper and boxes are recyclable. You will never find any plastic or cellophane in our Acre75 Gathered boxes.
