What’s included when we place our order?

From start to finish, we take care of every detail. Your order includes thoughtful curation, sourcing exclusively from small town Canadian makers, custom packaging tape, co-branded inserts, and careful packing. Shipping logistics are fully handled by our team, with a dedicated point person to guide the process and keep everything running smoothly.

All we need from you is final approval and the mailing addresses — we’ll take care of the rest.

How early do we need to place our order?

Our makers proudly make their products in small batches and many are made to order. With this in mind, corporate gift box orders will usually need a three to four-week lead time from ordering to shipping. However, we have been known to turn around an order of 250 boxes in two weeks!

Is there an order minimum?

There is no order minimum but please note:

For corporate gifting projects under $10,000, you’ll be matched with one of our thoughtfully pre-curated gift boxes.

For projects over $10,000, you can enjoy a fully customized gifting experience.

Do you only offer custom curated boxes?

Yes! For orders over $10,000 we can create a fully customized box to reflect the uniqueness of your employees and clients.

Can we add our own branding to the box?

Absolutely. Every corporate gifting project includes thoughtful co-branding or full branding, including custom tape and inserts.

What about themed boxes?

We can do that! We collaborate with close to 100 small-town Canadian businesses and can create boxes of any theme. So far, our favourite themes have been ‘The Great Outdoors’ and ‘Movie Night’.

How does billing work?

Upon selecting the items for the box, you must pay in full before we are able to order the products. This early billing ensures healthy cash flow for our small business as we prioritize paying our makers in advance. Payment via EMT is preferred and we also accept credit card (please check your credit card's daily limit!)

What is the cost of shipping?

Our standard Canadian shipping rates are:

Ontario & Quebec: $15/box
All other provinces: $20/box

Shipping costs may increase depending on the size and weight of the gift box.

Is your packaging eco-friendly?

Yes! Our kraft packing tape is biodegradable and our tissue paper and boxes are recyclable. We also use recyclable wrapping to protect fragile items.
