Meet Kenzie from Library Lights Candle Co.
Living in a small rural town of only 2600 people means Kenzie gets to nurture relationships with everyone that comes into her store. She doesn't just know them as candle buyers and book lovers; she gets to know them as neighbours and friends, and carry on conversations that were started during past visits! 🏡
Kenzie's favourite part of owning a small business is the freedom to follow her creativity, try new things, and shape her business into whatever she can dream up! She also appreciates the flexibility it gives her – whether that means taking time to spend with her family or working late to experiment with new ideas and creative concepts. ✨
As an avid reader, one of Kenzie's dream locations to travel to in Canada is Prince Edward Island! She would love to see the stunning locations that inspired Anne of Green Gables and how different everything is from her home in the prairies. 🇨🇦
Kenzie is very grateful for the way her small town has supported and uplifted her small business, so she tries to give back to her community as much as she can. She does this through giving donations and supporting as many different organizations and charities as she can throughout the year.
