Behind every Acre75 Gathered Box is a group of amazing small town makers with stories just as unique as their Canadian made products. Their creativity and passion are what make each box so special and we're excited to share their stories with you!
We were grateful to have Cozy Reads as the sponsor of our 2026 Fall Box! 🍂

Meet Carrie from Cozy Reads
At Cozy Reads, Carrie, the founder, believes reading should feel like an escape. Each Blind Date with a Book is carefully wrapped to keep the title a mystery. Instead, you'll discover a few clues about the story – its genre, setting, and themes – along with cozy little extras to make your reading experience even more special. Inside our Fall Box, subscribers received an exclusive discount code to use towards their order. Use code ACRE75COZY for 10% off. 🍁
Carrie has lived in Milverton her entire life, and what she loves most is the strong sense of community. She has had the privilege of growing up alongside many of the people who still call Milverton home, and there's something really special about being surrounded by familiar faces and people who genuinely care about one another. At the same time, she's loved watching her town grow and welcome new people, fresh ideas, businesses and opportunities. Milverton has a wonderful way of holding onto that close-knit, small-town spirit while continuing to grow and evolve. She thinks it's a beautiful and special place to live, work, and be part of. 🏡
Her favourite part of running a small business is having the opportunity to be creative every single day. Carrie loves dreaming up new ideas, bringing them to life, and putting her little contribution out into the world. Most importantly, she hopes the things she creates bring a little bit of joy to the people who receive them. ✨
If Carrie could travel anywhere in Canada she would choose Alberta, especially since one of her dearest friends recently moved there. Carrie's followed quite a few Alberta-based small businesses on social media over the years, and between the beautiful scenery and the charming communities she's seen, it looks like such a wonderful province to explore. She'd love to experience it for herself while also spending some much-needed time with her friend.
Carrie makes a point of shopping locally and supporting other small businesses whenever possible. She’s grateful to contribute to community and charity events, including her local Women’s Initiative Annual Women’s Night. Through her church, Carrie has volunteered many times to help make local programs and events possible. When someone reaches out looking for a donation for a fundraiser or charitable event, she makes ita priority to contribute whatever she can. 🥰
