Marshall & Jonas founded FUMIX in 2020 with a simple mission: to share their passion for smoked food and its unique taste with the world. All of their products are slowly smoked at low temperatures using 100% Quebec wood. Their Maple Nuts & Bolts were featured in our 2024 Holiday Acre75 Gathered Box!

What they love most about living and working in a small town is the cast of characters they see and work with everyday. They love being able to meet people in multiple contexts and get to know them as colleagues, friends and neighbours. 🏡

If they could visit one place in Canada, it would be the temperate rainforests of British Columbia. It is a beautiful and unique micro-climate that has to be seen to be believed! 🇨🇦
