Acre75 Gathered Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Acre75 Gathered! We are a quarterly Subscription Box (“Subscription”) program operated by Acre75, found at www.acre75.ca (Our "Site"). All Subscription purchases made through our Site are governed by these Terms and Conditions.

You must live in Canada to become a member and purchase a Subscription from our Site. We do not ship outside of Canada presently, but please check back. As we grow, we will ship to more countries. By purchasing an Acre75 Gathered Subscription, you are agreeing to a recurring Subscription fee and you will be billed every 90 days after your initial purchase. You accept responsibility for all recurring charges until you cancel your subscription.

 

Cancellation Policy:

You can cancel your Seasonal subscription any time after your initial Acre75 Gathered Box is shipped. Simply email hello@acre75.ca to begin the cancellation process or visit your Manage Subscription page

Your Acre75 Gathered Annual Pre-Paid subscription will automatically expire after four boxes and cannot be cancelled before that. Note: Annual Pre-Paid subscriptions were only available from December 15031st, 2020.

If you wish to cancel your Seasonal subscription, we would appreciate at least one month’s notice before the next box is shipping. We are a small, family run business and this will help us to manage our inventory accurately.

 

How the Seasonal Subscription Works:

Once you sign up, you will be billed immediately for $69.95 +tax & $11.99 shipping (as a non-refundable minimum purchase). Local customers use code: LOCAL to waive the shipping fee. Local pick-up dates will be announced each season.

 

NEW FOR 2021 - Subscription Black-Out Period:

We are a small family run business and for planning purposes we have implemented a subscription black-out period one month before each box ships. A wait list will be created for those who want to be notified when subscriptions reopen each season.

Summer Box – Ships June 1

To receive the June Box, you must be subscribed before May 1st

Fall Box – Ships September 1

To receive the Fall Box, you must be subscribed before August 1st

Holiday Box – Ships December 1

To receive the Holiday Box, you must be subscribed before November 1st

March Box – Ships March 1

To receive the March Box, you must be subscribed before February 1st

We offer $11.99 flat rate shipping on each subscription box and free pickup for our local customers (pickup dates will be disclosed each season). Acre75 Gathered Boxes ship on or around March 1, June 1, September 1 and December 1.

 

How the Annual Subscription Works:

You will be charged upfront for four boxes. Your subscription will automatically expire after four boxes.

 

Your Seasonal Subscription Renews Automatically

Unless you notify us before, your subscription will renew every 90 days after your initial purchase. You accept responsibility for all recurring charges, billed to the credit card we have on file for you.

 

Shipping Details

We ship using Canada Post and other Canadian couriers. We will send you an email when your box has shipped. Acre75 Gathered will ship on or around March 1, June 1, September 1 and December 1. If shipment of your order is delayed, we will notify you via email. In the event your Acre75 Gathered Box is lost by Canada Post, please notify us. We will then work with Canada Post to locate your missing package. If your package cannot be located we will reship your package. Packages are not considered lost once they are marked as delivered by Canada Post.

 

Payment Options and Obligations

Given the recurring nature of the order, we ONLY accept credit cards for Acre75 Gathered subscriptions. We accept all major credit cards. The card you provide will be used for all future purchases and charges, including your subscription renewals. Please keep a valid credit card on file always, and let us know if your personal information changes, such as your billing or shipping address. If we cannot process a charge to your card (for example, the card has expired or we cannot obtain authorization from your card issuer), then the system will pause your subscription for that quarter and you will receive an email notifying you to update your credit card on your account. Once your credit card information is updated, your subscription will resume the following quarter. We are not responsible for any fees or changes that your bank or credit card issuer may apply. If your credit card issuer reverses a charge to your credit card, we may cancel your subscription and suspend fulfillment of your subscription until payment is provided.
