Acre75 Gathered Terms & Conditions
Welcome to Acre75 Gathered! We are a quarterly Subscription Box (“Subscription”) program operated by Acre75 Inc., found at www.acre75.ca (Our "Site"). All Subscription purchases made through our Site are governed by these Terms and Conditions.
You must live in Canada or the USA to become a member and purchase a Subscription from our Site. By purchasing an Acre75 Gathered Subscription, you are agreeing to a recurring Subscription fee. You accept responsibility for all recurring charges until you cancel your subscription.
You can cancel your Seasonal subscription any time after your initial Acre75 Gathered Box is shipped. Simply email email@example.com to begin the cancellation process or visit your Manage Subscription page
If you wish to cancel your Seasonal subscription, we would appreciate if you cancel before the Renewal Dates of December 20th, March 20th, June 20th and September 20th.
How the Seasonal Subscription Works:
Once you sign up, you will be billed immediately for $97.95 +tax. (as a non-refundable minimum purchase). Your credit card will be charged and you will receive a new box each season, until you cancel. Subscriptions renew on: December 20th (for the March Box), March 20th (for the June Box), June 20th (for the September Box) and September 20th (for the December Box). A flat shipping rate is included in the box price for Canadian subscribers. Subscribers in the USA will be charged a $25CAD shipping fee. Local customers use code: PICKUP to waive the shipping fee. Local pick-up dates will be announced each season.
Your Seasonal Subscription Renews Automatically
Unless you notify us before, your subscription will renew on December 20th, March 20th, June 20th and September 20th. You accept responsibility for all recurring charges, billed to the credit card we have on file for you.
We ship most boxes via courier (UPS, Purolator, Canpar, FedEx) as well as Canada Post. We will send you an email when your box has shipped. Acre75 Gathered will ship on or around March 1, June 1, September 1 and December 1. If shipment of your order is delayed, we will notify you via email. In the event your Acre75 Gathered Box is lost by Canada Post or the courier, please notify us. Where possible, we will work with Canada Post or the courier to locate your missing package. If your package cannot be located we will reship your package. Packages are not considered lost once they are marked as delivered.
Payment Options and Obligations
Given the recurring nature of the order, we ONLY accept credit cards for Acre75 Gathered subscriptions. We accept all major credit cards. The card you provide will be used for all future purchases and charges, including your subscription renewals. Please keep a valid credit card on file always, and let us know if your personal information changes, such as your billing or shipping address. If we cannot process a charge to your card (for example, the card has expired or we cannot obtain authorization from your card issuer), then the system will pause your subscription for that quarter and you will receive an email notifying you to update your credit card on your account. Once your credit card information is updated, your subscription will resume the following quarter. We are not responsible for any fees or changes that your bank or credit card issuer may apply. If your credit card issuer reverses a charge to your credit card, we may cancel your subscription and suspend fulfillment of your subscription until payment is provided.
