Lori, the founder of Provisions Food Company, is an award-winning cookbook author and a mainstay of Niagara’s food and wine industry since 1998. Her favourite part of working in a small town is the sense of community and the slower pace of life. 🏡
For Lori, the best aspect of running a small business is the opportunity to develop new products, foster innovation, create something people truly enjoy, and work with a fantastic team. 🥰
While Lori has a deep appreciation for the Niagara region, she also adores the Bruce Peninsula in Georgian Bay for its crystal-clear waters, stunning views, and the Bruce Trail's excellent hiking opportunities. 🇨🇦
