Our 2026 Spring Acre75 Gathered Box featured a Black Currant Jam from Moss Berry Farm. Crafted in small batches using sun-ripened black currants, this jam is bold, tangy, and rich in flavour. Bursting with antioxidants and vitamin C, it’s a nourishing addition to breakfast spreads or a simple way to elevate charcuterie boards.
Meet Al & Ann Marie from Moss Berry Farm
Al & Ann Marie's favourite part about living in a small town are the deep connections to so many people. They live in the country close to Stratford and enjoy the seasonality of Stratford - busy in the summer and quieter in the winter, but plenty of interesting things to do all year long. They count themselves lucky that people come from all over the world to visit and enjoy the exceptional Stratford experience. 🏡
Their favourite part about running a small business is that it allows them to write the manual for how they want to show up each day. They can be so creative and test their ideas out on their customers who will give them feedback and support their endeavours. ✨
Al & Ann Marie like to have a backpackers perspective of the world and seek out all the amazing things each area has to offer when it comes to travelling. Checking out the unique food products of small producers wherever they are is important to them. They want to spend more time out East and in the North as those are spots they haven't explored as much. 🇨🇦
Al & Ann Marie support the small town they live in through a variety of causes such as school fundraisers, health organizations and supporting those in need. 🥰
