Meet Jon from Dizzy Bird Coffee
Jon’s favourite thing about living in a small town is the pace of life. He feels there’s a sense of calm in each day that he has never experienced in almost any other city. The pace, strong sense of community, and stunning green spaces have made Saugeen Shores his happy home for all of his life. 🏡
His favourite aspect of owning a small business is the creative freedoms that it allows. Him and his team are always working on fun projects, whether it’s crafting new coffees to serve and sell, creating new merch, or partnering with his greater community on initiatives. The creative opportunities are endless and they love trying out new things! ☕️
If Jon could travel anywhere in Canada, he would choose the East Coast; more specifically Nova Scotia, and PEI. He has visited a number of times and can’t get enough. They have a strong music and visual arts culture that is evident in every community he has visited. Pair that with some of the friendliest people, fantastic food & drink, and stunning views – let’s go! 🇨🇦
